A Certified Mindset Coach, Certified Holistic Practitioner, Certified Sound Healer, Certified Aromatherapist, BS in Communications and host of the “Balanced + Fierce” podcast; I utilize my expertise in mindset coaching, sound healing, energy work and holistic wellness, offering unique sessions to best meet clients’ needs.

I now help other women uncover their truths, heal their past & rewrite their own narrative. Be it relationship issues, energetic blocks, past trauma, financial uncertainty or just being their cheerleader as they find their way back to themselves; I help them get “unstuck”, move forward and live their most vibrant life!
